To ensure a smooth and successful delivery process, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Receiver’s full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Correct postcode

  • Valid contact number

  • Any additional delivery instructions, if required

Please kindly check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Once the parcel has been processed or handed over to the courier, we may not be able to amend the receiver details.

If a delivery fails due to inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid information provided by the customer, any related issues or additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility. This may include failed delivery, parcel return, re-delivery charges, address correction fees, or any other courier-related charges.

For re-delivery arrangements, customers will be required to bear the additional shipping fee before the parcel can be shipped out again.

Please also note that the receiver’s phone number should match the delivery country. For example, Singapore deliveries should use a Singapore contact number, while Malaysia deliveries should use a Malaysia contact number. This is important as the courier driver may need to contact the receiver during delivery.

We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their shipping details before confirming an order to avoid any delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
