Birthday Month Rewards TnC

1. Reward is valid only during the member’s birthday month.
2. Each Family Tier Member is entitled to redeem 1 bra & panty set once per year.
3. Redemption must be made in-store only during the birthday month.
4. Member must present their registered UUCORNER account details and valid identification for verification.
5. The bra & panty set will be given based on available stock, size, design and colour at the time of redemption.
6. Colour and design selection may not be available and will be subject to UUCORNER’s arrangement.
7. Birthday reward is not exchangeable for cash, store credit, discount or other items.
8. Redeemed items are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable, except for manufacturing defects.
9. Birthday rewards cannot be transferred to another person or combined with other birthday redemptions.
10. UUCORNER reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the reward program at any time without prior notice.
11. UUCORNER reserves the final right of decision in case of any dispute.
