We don't offer refund for all items. Bras are exchangable. All panties are not exchangeable.

Returns and exchange
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the tag of the item was cut off, it will be considered as used and washed item, therefore no exchange service will be provided.

Shipping Fee
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and exchange.

In the event of a failed delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete receiver details, including but not limited to the receiver’s name, delivery address, or contact number, the customer shall be responsible for any subsequent shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.
